Among the many natural attractions of Jericoacoara, also called “Jeri”, the dunes distinguish themselves. Enormous areas of white, fine sand, the Jeri dunes are excellent for buggy rides and a perfect place to watch a sunset.
Sugarloaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro
One of the main tourist attractions in Rio de Janeiro, the mountain has two peaks connected by glass-paneled cable cars. Professional climbers prefer to follow the rock climbing routes, but visitors can reach the summit by cable car in minutes and enjoy the fantastic view up there.

Buzios, the Brazilian Saint-Tropez

The rustic fishing village has its streets lighten at night exclusively by the stars and the moon. The access is challenging: part of the journey takes place off-road, among dunes and along a beach. That helps keeping the area unspoiled, but do not exclude basic infrastructure and cozy accommodation.
PIPA BEACH, RIO GRANDE DO NORTE

BONITO, MATO GROSSO DO SUL
Bonito is located in the middle of a region that has been described as “the Caribbean of Central-West Brazil” due to the amazing blue color of its waters. The area has rivers, waterfalls and lakes considered some of the clearest and most transparent in the world. A number of birds, fishes and plant species are also part of this fantastic natural landscape. There are more than 30 ecological tours in and around Bonito, including the Blue Lake Cave, the Silver River, the Trees Circuit, the Natural Aquarium and the Macaws Cave.
IGUASSU FALLS, PARANÁ
The Iguassu waterfall system consists of 275 falls along 2.7Km of the Iguassu River. Some falls are up to 82m high. The most impressive of all, the Devil`s Throat, marks the border between Brazil and Argentina. The falls are situated within the Iguassu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon seeing Iguassu, the former US First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt reportedly exclaimed: “Poor Niagara”! This natural paradise also offers thrills and excitement: water rafting, jungle hiking to observe the amazing wildlife, helicopter flights over the gorge.
TRANCOSO, BAHIA
One of the earliest Portuguese settlements in Brazil, Trancoso is a village of incredible beauty. Besides its ideal year round climate, the village offers a perfect escape for those seeking privacy, exotic location and tropical beaches. Below the cliffs of the village there are many kilometers of unspoiled golden beaches bordered by rivers, as well as large sand dunes and tide pools. The village center has many historical sites and small stores with local handicraft. CANOA QUEBRADA, CEARÁ
Known as the pearl of Ceará East Coast, Canoa Quebrada is a small fishing village discovered by hippies during the 70’s. Its privileged location, among white dunes and reddish cliffs, is complemented by a year round warm and windy climate. The village has an alternative “love and peace” atmosphere. Nevertheless, some bars, restaurants and beach parties make the local nightlife very exciting.
BARRA DE SÃO MIGUEL, ALAGOAS
Some 20 miles south of Maceió, the capital of state Alagoas, Barra de São Miguel is one of the quietest and most gorgeous locations on Brazil`s northeast coast. Merely 9 degrees south of the Equator line, the area has a tropical climate and a seawater temperature that is invariably pleasant – indeed, summer all year around.
